Genesis Medical has produced a DVD with the help of leading British  specialists. This is in two parts. A discussion of impotence and the solutions (this was produced before the advent of Viagra so this is not mentioned). The second part shows to use the Active II Vacuum therapy device (these instructions are useful also for Impulse users).
