| 1. Thoroughly degrease with alcohol the skin areas to be in contact with the electrodes. |

2. Cover the area designated for the dispersive electrode with a layer of about 20g of conductive gel. |

| 3. Soak the dispersive electrode in tap water or saline and lay it upon the gel. Slide it from side to side to disperse any air bubbles in the gel. | 4. Remove the protective film on the adhesive part of the CT-DAS® and place the electrode on the plaque making it adhere perfectly to the skin. | |

| 5. Fill the CT-DAS® electrode inserting the drug solution (5 ml) with a syringe. The black conductive element inside the electrode must be covered by the drug solution. | 6. Insert the adaptor in the hole and the connect the cables of the current generator (red to the CT-DAS® and black to the dispersive electrode). |
