12 month warranty from date of delivery:

 24 hour response time to call out with either-
• Replacement part or loan system
• On site visit as appropriate

 Service visits: one per annum recommended
 
 Free telephone support is available to all users whether or not they are covered by a maintenance agreement.


Maintenance Agreements Available from Genesis:

Bronze  One service visit per annum – no parts
24 hour replacement part service
Once taken out and not allowed to lapse the price will never increase*

 Copper One service visit per annum, all emergency calls out  - no parts.
 24 hour replacement part service
 Once taken out and not allowed to lapse the price will never increase*
         
Silver One service visit per annum, all emergency calls out - parts included up to £1000 - 24 hour replacement part service
 Once taken out and not allowed to lapse the price will never increase*

 Gold One service per annum, all emergency calls out - all parts included
 24 hour replacement part service
 Once taken out and not allowed to lapse the price will never increase*

* unless factors outside our control are involved.
* if a contract is not taken out or lapses, the cost will be higher by 10% for each year that there has
   been no contract.

 A 10% discount on the cost of maintenance contracts is given to customers ordering their urodynamic consumables exclusively from Genesis Medical
