The systems are modular and so If a fault is diagnosed a replacement component can be sent by over-night courier to be connected the next day.

The need for a site visit for a repair is rare.

After purchase systems are covered by a full parts and labour warranty and thereafter a
maintenance contract may be taken out. As a minimum, an annual service is recommended.
