Customers purchasing Life-Tech systems are given the training they need until they feel comfortable with their system and at all times assistance is a telephone call away from a Genesis Medical expert.
Genesis Medical supports Life Tech users in the UK during normal office hours. Difficulties are usually resolved easily over the telephone.
The systems are modular and so If a fault is diagnosed a replacement component can be sent by over-night courier to be connected the next day. The need for a site visit for a repair is rare.
After purchase systems are covered by a full parts and labour warranty and thereafter a maintenance contract may be taken out. As a minimum, an annual service is recommended.
