Hi Anne....this goes below the beautiful picture but take out the Booking Form and instead show a link....sorry I messed up your work:

A letter from:

Professor Clare J. Fowler    Dr. Jalesh N. Panicker    and   Dr. Anton Emmanuel

Dear Colleague

Neurological disorders can have a profound impact on pelvic organ functions, resulting in significant impairment of quality of life.  Established in 1989 the Department of Uro- Neurology,  at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square, London  has been a dedicated unit ,  involved in the care of patients with neurogenic bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction and much involved in research and clinical care of affected patients.

We are organising a one-and-a-half day symposium on June 30th and July 1st 2010 on “Pelvic Organ Dysfunction in Neurological Disease”.  This has taken shape in parallel with the preparation of a multi-author textbook on the same topic and the speakers have all had an association with Uro-neurology and written chapters for the book.

Nineteen speakers form a highly experienced international faculty (listed on the next pages) who will provide a practical, yet comprehensive, overview of the clinical challenges in this area. We will start by refreshing the basics and then move onto investigations and management, and finally address problems unique to specific neurological conditions.

One highlight will be the presence of Professor William Chet de Groat, founding father of the neuroscience of pelvic organ functions.

We have applied for CPD approval to the Royal College of Physicians.

Please book your place to join us at Queen Square in the summer.

Clare         Jalesh             Anton

PS.    We are grateful to Genesis Medical for agreeing to assist with the organisation.
